These terms apply when you use the Kode Nexus website and when you register an organisation on the Kode Nexus platform through it. The use of the Kode Nexus apps themselves is governed by the agreement we make with your organisation when its account is activated.

Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Kode Nexus, contact us and register an organisation. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, get around its spam protection, or send us information that isn’t yours to share.

Registering an organisation

  • You must be authorised to register the organisation you name, and the details you give must be accurate.
  • Registering doesn’t create a working account on its own. We email the owner an activation link; it works for 7 days, and the owner sets their own password. We may decline or close a registration that breaks these terms.
  • Activating starts a free 3-month trial: the core of every module in your first branch, with the trial’s limits on users, branches and POS terminals. Packs and integrations you open during the trial are free until it ends.
  • Nothing is charged unless you buy a subscription on Billing. When the trial ends without one, your organisation becomes read-only and is later suspended; its data is kept.

Your account

Once your organisation is active, its owner and administrators are responsible for who they invite, which modules each person can open and which roles they have. Keep passwords private. Every change made in the apps is recorded with the person who made it.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Modules marked “coming soon” are not available yet, and their plans may change before launch. Screenshots on this site show the products with demonstration data.

Prices

Prices are quoted to each organisation. A quote only becomes binding when it’s part of an agreement we both accept.

Intellectual property

The Kode Nexus name, logo, software and this website’s content belong to Kode Nexus. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy the site’s content or design without our permission.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Privacy

How we handle information you send through this site is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
